Horizon
Industries guarantees our products and workmanship.
Any goods found defective must be returned to Horizon Industries for
replacement or credit within 10 days of receipt of goods.
The original invoice must accompany the return.
Horizon Industries will not assume responsibility for normal wear and
tear, abuse or goods soiled through no fault of Horizon Industries.
Returned
Items must
be in the original condition.
Goods are exchangeable up to 10 days from date received and
credited back at the same amount of the original sales price.
Unless it is a question
of quality or a wrong order, there is
a 15% restocking fee will
be applied to all returns for reasons that Horizon Industries is not
responsible for (customer cannot sell, customer ordered wrong, items are
not in the original condition that it was sold, etc…).
Shipping charges are not
refundable in such cases. If it is a problem with the merchandise or a
mistake in the order, however, there is no surcharge and shipping is
refunded.

Do you take
international orders?
-- Yes, subject to
import/export restrictions and fees. Usually it is not a problem, but every
country is different in some way. Leave it to us to work out the details. The
rate charged you will be the exact rate that is charged us, but it will be a
separate charge on your credit card.
Can I get Net 30 billing
Purchase Orders?
-- Yes. Our billing accounts
are handled through our Factor in Dallas, TX. They require the usual credit
references and then assume the account. You pay them in 30 days. Contact us
for a credit application. It takes about a couple of weeks or so for approval.
Can I Mix 'n Match Colors
or Sizes?
-- Yes, all ordering
is by the dozen in order to still offer you wholesale prices.
Do I have to order
through the web site?
-- No, you can call us almost
anytime and order through our toll-free number.(800) 938-1911.
Do you offer volume
discounts?
-- Obviously, we have cut our
prices down pretty close to the bone, but there's always room to wheel 'n deal
for large quantities. Call us and we'll work out a deal with you.

Printing and
Embroidery
All orders will be a minimum of 2 dozen.
Please allow a 2 week time slot for all orders to be completed
All art work will
be confirmed by customer before any order will be started. If artwork
has not been confirmed by customer, order will be held until we receive
confirmation, and we will not be responsible for expedited shipping due
to customers due date.

Shipping
(US only):
Only $1.75 for the
first dozen and $.25 for each additional skullcap
Can I have it shipped to
my Post Office Box?
- Most orders will be shipped US Mail,
and they will ship to your Post Office Box unless otherwise
specified or customer calls for expedited shipping.
- Expedited shipping is
through UPS, and they do not deliver to the Post Office.
How fast can I get my
order?
Orders placed before 1pm, Central Time, will be shipped
out the next day
If you need expedited
shipping, we can send it any way you want. If it is a special shipping option
that you need, call us to arrange the shipping method you want.
Some items may take 7 -
10 days shipping.
